Meganite7 offers a variety of kitchen, bar and vanity sinks that can be bonded directly to the countertop. Virtually seamless in appearance, Meganite7 sinks are durable, stain-resistant and easy to maintain.

A color-matched Meganite7 seam adhesive is available for each color and pattern of Meganite7 solid surfacing, allowing for inconspicuous seaming.

"Super Natural"

It isn't natural it's "Super Natural". Technistone combines the desirable qualities of both Natural Granite and Solid Surface. Like Granite, Technistone is scratch and heat resistant and has a durable high gloss shine. Like Solid Surface, Technistone is 99.9% solid and is unaffected by oils, wines, sodas, acids and most common household cleaners. Zero porosity means no crevices or microscopic voids for deadly microorganisms such as Salmonella or Staph to grow and accumulate. Technistone is color consistent and eliminates the problem of conflicting grains, veins and "movement" inherent with natural Granite. More importantly, Technistone is stronger than granite. With over 4-times the flexural strength of granite failure is unlikely. Technistone is the next generation in stone and solid surface countertops and the premier choice for discerning and sophisticated home owners today.

What is Technistone?

Technistone is made using a combination of 93 % Quartz, Quartz Silica, Granite or Recycled Mirror*, combined with 7 % resin, colors and binders. This mixture is pressed into 52" X 120" sheets using a unique and proprietary vibration-vacuum compression process. The sheets are then heat treated, cooled, ground (calibrated) and polished to a high gloss shine. Each sheet is then individually inspected under bright lighting for any flaws or possible defects. Our quality control standards are your assurance that Technistone is the finest material available for your interior hard surfacing needs.

Care and Use:

Technistone® is 99.9% solid and nearly impossible to stain. Residue on the surface of Technistone® appearing as stains is most likely topical. Topical stains are removed easily with a white Scotch-Brite scrubber and any one of many common household cleaners including Mr. Clean, 409, Simple Green, Fantastic etc. Technistone® is heat resistant and under normal cooking conditions is not affected. Quartz like all natural stone can be damaged by excessive heat. To ensure optimum performance, excessive heat must be avoided. Technistone® requires the use of trivets and or hot pads when using electric countertop cooking devices or when placing hot pots or pans on the countertop. Your Technistone® countertop is extremely durable. Following these simple guidelines will keep your Technistone® Countertop beautiful and trouble free for years to come.

10-year warranty:

Permanently installed residential Technistone® countertops, Installed by an authorized Technistone® installer and maintained in accordance with Technistone's "Care and Use" guidelines are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from date of installation. Warranty claims must be inspected and approved for warranty by an authorized Technistone® representative to insure installation is in compliance with Technistone USA, Inc.'s fabrication and installation specifications. Damage caused by negligence, abuse or excessive heat are not covered by this warranty.
